What a transformation!! In little over 9 months this redundant barn in Chudleigh has been transformed into a high spec 2 bedroom house with a very high standard of finish throughout. After a recommendation from Mark Frise at Nicholls Basker & Partners Consulting Engineers in Teignmouth, our client approached us shortly after purchasing the barn looking for assistance in discharging the planning conditions, preparing a set of working drawings, ensuring the works were compliant with building regulations and in project managing the works.
