We were asked by our long standing client, a local care provider with a number of care homes locally, to look at the feasibility of a n extension to their existing provision in Ashburton. 

We were successful in obtaining planning permission for the proposed two storey extension and prepared the detailed construction drawings, helped in obtaining quotes for the works and appointing a principal contractor and acted as principal designer to oversee the project through the construction phase, including overseeing the Health & Safety file and pre-construction information.
