 We're delighted to have secured prior approval for the conversion of an agricultural barn in South Hams into a residential dwelling. This project hasn't been without it's complexities and has taken longer than the client's might have hoped to get to a point of obtaining prior approval, mainly due to ecological issues. However with perseverance and a pragmatic approach from the planning officer involved and following the implementation of the ecologist's recommendations we got there in the end.
