We recently obtained Class Q prior approval from Cornwall Council on two barns within close proximity to a listed farmhouse. 

Our client has already asked us to look at the 'fall-back' for two new dwellings on the site to provide two new dwellings that are not only more visually appealing and complimentary to the listed farmhouse, but also provide public betterment over the approved Class Q barn conversions.
