This modern cedar and stone clad extension with standing seam zinc roof and glazed link seeks to replace a number of discordant outbuildings to the front of the existing listed building which at present do nothing to enhance the character of the heritage asset. The proposals will also include works to the property itself to undo a number of previous wrongs done to the property, including replacing the sand/cement render with a lime render and replacing any rotten and draughty window frames with new slimline double glazing throughout.
