One of our regular clients, an owner of a number of local residential care homes, approached us to explore the potential for 16 close care apartments on the grounds of one of their existing care homes.

 

The site had previously benefitted from outline planning permission for a number of apartments, however this scheme seeks to make better use of the land available whilst also providing a modern aesthetic that at the same time sits well within the rural village setting.
