We were approached with the exciting task of transforming this dated dormer bungalow in the village of Ogwell, Devon.

​

The existing property was very tired and was a bit of a rabbit warren internally, with cold dark spaces that didn't have any obvious flow and multiple circulation routes around the property. The proposals involved the complete renovation of the existing bungalow to include; internal reconfiguration, upwards extension and new first floor, new entrance porch, a replacement roof with PV panels, exterior redecoration and cladding, replacement aluminium windows throughout and associated landscaping works, with the aim of providing a large 4 bedroom family home with light and airy spaces and reduce the amount of floor space lost to circulation routes.
