We’re thrilled to have obtained planning permission for the extension and renovation of an existing property located within the conservation area in Torquay.

The proposals include a proposed single storey rear extension to replace an existing conservatory, external wall insulation, new render, horizontal weatherboard cladding, areas of vertical cedar cladding, new aluminium windows and doors throughout and new black fascia, soffits & downpipes.

The proposals also looks to maximise the extraordinary views that the property benefits from, with the use of external terracing which incorporates a frameless glass balustrade.
