The clients wanted to create additional living space with a better connection to the existing kitchen, as well as increasing usable space within the master bedroom and replacing the existing run down porch to the front of the property with a more modern glazed porch.

We successfully obtained planning permission and building regulations approval as well as assisting in the appointment of a competent contractor to carry out the works.

Works expected to commence on site Autumn 2020.
