We are proud to announce that Morris Architectural Design will be the Home Sponsor of hometown club, Mansfield Town Football Club's Andy Cook for the 2020/21 football season. 

The 29 year old has already notched an impressive tally of over 150 league goals during his career and is keen to improve on that number this season, and help the Stags in their bid to push for automatic promotion. 

Cook signed for Mansfield in the summer of 2019 from Walsall for whom he had netted 18 goals during the previous League One campaign.

Cook scored 18 goals for the Saddlers during the 2018/19 season in League One.

After starting his career at Carlisle, Cook moved to Barrow in 2011. After scoring 18 goals in 60 games for the Bluebirds, the 6ft 2in forward briefly joined Grimsby, before re-joining Barrow in July 2014, netting an impressive 38 goals in 48 league matches.

His remarkable goal-scoring exploits continued at his next club, Tranmere Rovers, as Cook found the net 51 times over a two year spell at Prenton Park, including a goal at Wembley to help Rovers win the 2018 National League play-off final.

At the end of his Tranmere contract, the front man joined Walsall and became their top goalscorer in League during the 2018/19 season.

After half a season with the Stags, the frontman returned to Tranmere on loan in January 2020, on a deal that lasted until the end of the campaign.

Cook is now back with the Stags and will look to lead the line in 2020/21. Here's to another fine season for the experienced forward.
