We're delighted to share that we have received full planning permission for this new dwelling within the conservation area in Wellington, Somerset. The proposed dwelling will be constructed within our client's walled garden of their existing property and will allow them the chance to downsize into a more manageable house and garden to suit their needs once the children have fled the nest.

This has been a long time in the making and we've had to overcome many obstacles to get here, including phosphates, but we got there in the end!
