This new dwelling is nestled within the quaint village of Denbury, Devon 

 
The attention to detail and standard of finish has yet again been second to none by Tim Smith and his team at TSM Contracting

The dwelling was constructed in a pre-fabricated timber frame by Timberpak and incorporates renewables such as air source heat pump & solar panels and is finished externally in a mixture of render & both horizontal and vertical weatherboard cladding by Cladco. The roof is a steel roof system which was installed by TSM in house - they really can do everything! 

Reaching the finishing line on this one has an unusually sombre feeling to it given the circumstances. The dwelling was originally designed by our client, a former architect. He knew exactly what he wanted, but struggled to keep up to date with the requirements of building regulations and so appointed us to prepare the detailed construction drawings to bring his vision to life on site. Unfortunately our client became very unwell during the build and very sadly passed away before the dwelling was completed. 

Fortunately he was able to spend some time in the house to experience his vision before his passing and his wife takes some comfort in living in the home that he had imagined for them
