 We were approached by our client who was seeking to increase the value of their property by obtaining planning permission for a new end of terrace dwelling to the side of their current rental property.

​

The proposed 2 storey,1 bedroom dwelling maximises the space available and will provide much needed affordable rental housing stock in a much sought after area with very little smaller properties available. 

​

We assisted our client with an initial feasibility study, pre-application enquiry to the council and obtaining full planning permission, before also preparing detailed construction drawings for submission to building control and will be project managing the works on site as the build develops.
