We developed the design and prepared CGIs for a proposed new dwelling on a vacant site in Weybridge, Surrey, on behalf of a developer, maximising the value of the plot for development purposes within local planning policy. 

​

 The design incorporates both traditional form and materials, particularly to the frontage of the site, with more modern forms and materials (such as standing seam zinc, green roofs and large expanse's of glazing) to the rear of the property.
