Something a little different for us... We've recently submitted a reserved matters application for a large country home and detached garage in Cheshire.

The site benefitted from outline planning consent with all matters reserved before our client approached us to come up with a design that fits the site context.

This reserved matters application sought to deal with design & appearance, layout, scale, landscaping and means of access.
