We were approached with our client with the intention of updating a very tired looking property and providing some much needed curb appeal but also improving the internal flow of the spaces. All while increasing the thermal properties of the building envelope and improving the properties sustainability credentials. 

​

The proposals included internal reconfiguration and the vaulting of the roof over the kitchen dining room with new roof lights to flood light into the space; new windows and doors throughout; a new aluminium feature box window; external render and weatherboard cladding; a new terrace with level threshold and frameless glass balustrade; roof mounted solar panels and battery storage. 

​

We helped in obtaining both planning permission for this renovation project situated within the conservation area and in preparing a detailed set of construction drawings for the works on site.
