 Our client approached us to help assist with the conversion of the former Torwood Conservative Club on Parkhill Road in Torquay, into 3 separate dwellings. 

​

 The site is sandwiched between two listed buildings and whilst the arrangement of buildings in question aren't listed they are of historic significance to the local area. The proposed conversion had to be sympathetic to existing building and neighbouring listed buildings and not detract from the character of the street scene.

 Works are currently ongoing on site and the development is expected to be completed during autumn 2021.
