This single storey extension replaces an existing conservatory and involves the repositioning of the existing garage. We were successful in obtaining planning permission despite numerous local objections and went on to produce full construction drawings and obtaining building regulations approval.

​

The clients expressed an interest in sustainable design from an early stage which lead some of our early design decisions. The proposals included a cedar clad timber frame construction with a green roof, with underfloor heating throughout the proposed extension and the existing kitchen area.

Works are due to start in Spring 2021.
