 The extension and renovation of this existing 1960s bungalow in Chudleigh aimed to open up the front of the property to the wider views of the open countryside to the front whilst also providing a much needed light and airy entertaining space. The existing property fronts Chudleigh conservation area and the front entrance of the property was somewhat lost behind the small conservatory that had been added to the front of the property, confusing visitors as there was no visible main entrance to the property. The proposals seek to improve the front façade of the property with a high quality extension which incorporates vertical cedar cladding and anthracite grey aluminium windows throughout, and establish a clear main entrance to the property. 

Works are due to complete Autumn 2022.
