We were approached by our client to help prepare construction drawings and obtain building regulations approval for this new dwelling which had already been granted full planning permission by Torbay Council. 

​

The dwelling has been built to extremely high standards throughout, utilising Polarwall insulated concrete formwork to achieve an air tight dwelling built towards passive standards. The polarwall system is extremely quick and easy to assemble once out of the ground and offering unrivalled thermal efficiency.

The elevated site falls from west to east with far reaching sea views framed by the coast line of Torquay and Brixham.
